that Clinton's actions regarding fellatio weren't illegal (at least that's what I meant). Trump's actions MIGHT be illegal. I certainly did not intend to imply that turning Bosnia into a parking lot was either entirely or in any part legal. However, I don't think Clinton bombed them to distract from his philandering, not that that matters all that much.

Bosnia 1995 and current day Syria have a lot of parallels.
