Not by the Russians, like the 17 INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENTS have said they have "high confidence" in, but by Hillary Clinton, who lost the election?
And now Obama has tapped Trump's calls, even though he has no authority to do that? Even though a judge would have to order it? If he was tapped (big if), it was for something serious with credible evidence of wrongdoing. Ahem, something that should be investigated, like his ties to Russia.
You literally cant keep up with all of this nonsensical garbage that is coming from this ridiculous president.
