You want to win or change HC every 3 years. Drew might be a sleaze bag. But he is a faithful one as this quote shows on his Wiki page.

Personal life[edit]

Drew is a Christian. Drew has spoken about his faith saying, "We may not win another game this year, and I may be a horrible coach, but if any of these guys leave without knowing Christ, that will be the real loss.

So forgive him and hire a coach with some fire in his belly who is a winner.
