way we would know is if he was spied on. If they didn't spy on him or his "surrogates" how would they know he colluded?
btw, had he colluded it would have already been front page news with evidence. none of this pussyfooting around with anonymous sources and unsubstantiated claims
imo they got a FISA warrant on flimsy grounds. it takes less evidence to get fisa warrant for nat'l security than it does for a regular warrant for a criminal case.
they found nothing, but obama supporters still in gov't decided to leak info on it to churn the narrative of the russian hack.
