as it relates to the HRC investigation. his job, especially in a case of that magnitude, was not to do the AG's office job for them.
his job was to ensure a fair and impartial and through investigation. his presser laid out all the elements of the crime and then he fumbled the ball on the 1 yard line.
he should have laid out the facts and said i'm turning it over to the AG's office. Then Lynch could have done whatever her little heart desired.
