from FISA warrants have been leaked to Obama administration and subsequently spread through the media.
spying on US Citizens is not supposed to occur without a FISA warrant.
The FISA warrant covered the Russian Amb, but Gen Flynn was under no investigation and as such his part of the conversation; which broke no law, was statutorily required to be minimized and his identity concealed.
instead the conversation was transcribed, he was identified, and the whole thing was given to the press and or Obama admin for dissemination.
now we have the existence of an attempt to get a FISA warrant, in which Trump was named in some manner, that was denied. however once again the identity of US citizens was not protected. and again it was leaked to Obama admin and the press for dissemination. In addition to Trump several other leaked names have been given out, but not confirmed.
Then we have another FISA warrant; which allegedly is granted sweeping up intel from one of Trump's servers at minimum. maybe more. so again highly classified intel that included information on US citizens is released to Obama admin and the press.
which side is involved in collusion again?
