company or organization be allowed to publicly ridicule, mock and defame the organization they represent?

Should that organization have any rules of conduct for people representing it?

You may want to whine about this being unconstitutional, but it's not government imposed. The organization is imposing a standard of conduct on its members.

Standards, the bane of liberals.
