I understand the judge is Hispanic. Pointing that out of course is racist. Remember how Trump got in trouble for assuming an Hispanic judge could not give him a fair hearing? Just because something happens again and again and again and again and again and again, doesn't mean you're allowed to assume that it will ever happen, again.
Anything crummy that happens due to minorities like blacks, Muslims, Hispanics, gaze are all rare exceptions to the rule of their wonderfulness. If a straight white Christian does something, like that pig who shot those folks in the black church, that is an example of white attitudes everywhere.
Profiling is wrong. Sometimes.
