Fester you are absolutely correct. that the United States have been drawing a circle around Russia since 1991 Crimea has always been Russian as a matter of fact Ukraine doesn't have much of a History of being a nation. Khruschev moved it into the Ukraine sphere of governing. But the war is coming I think by 2020
