Either Trump and/or his team were colluding/talking to the Russians about something which created probable cause.

Or Obama improperly used government oversite and probably influenced a judge (or went judge shopping) to improperly impune the rights of an American.

Or there was probable cause, but after the wiretap, charges couldn't be filed, we presume there was lack of evidence.

Hmmmmm, good case here for it being #2 or #3 or both.
