the IRS' attempt to collect the tax they claim is due them "armed robbery" on the general basis that taxation is theft and since these agents were armed, it's "armed robbery"

OR

Is there something unique and/or specific to the case to which you are referring.

If the former, then, well, yeah, taxation is theft and if the gubmit don't think you paid enough, it will use force to collect. I think we both know this.

If the latter, to what are you referring?
