When they look to make a hire they start thinking about who they know from their past gigs, who they are familiar with and who they have worked with in the past.

Sterk has been around the block a few times at San Diego State, Washington State, Portland State, Tulane, Maine and even North Carolina way back in 1986.

So...I find it interesting Steve Fisher is the HC at San Diego State.
