The suggestion was in my opinion, to get sessions to explain why he shouldn't have been fired as well. Or alternatively, what was the difference between Flynn's conversation and yours?

Carlson was doing that look where he seems deeply involved in the conversation, trying to collect and assimilate every bit of data before firing off his next brilliant question. Tiresome.
