Question was not "did you". But that is curiously how he answered it. Kinda telling. Fact is HE DID HAVE COMMUNICATIONS - you can't wiggle out of that about what capacity. His statement was "I did not have communications with the Russians". And he never did answer the question. Interesting, his answer was to a question not asked about HIM.
