However the black community brought it on themselves. They manifest a culture of infidelity, drug use, gang activity and lack of leadership. That culture makes its participants believe that the world is against them and the white man holds them down. This is a grossly false pretense. Despite the multitude of advantages that black people have, it is up to the black community to pull themselves up as a culture, but they refuse to do so.
