Is Trump trying to tell us he's going to start a war? Defense is the FIRST place we need to look to make cuts with social services/welfare the second. EPA cuts should be listed way down the list. We do NOT need to rob one department to only bolster another department. That doesn't result in any real cuts!

Please explain why this message is being reported.
