If that person is trying to leave, it smells of lawsuit, their having difficulty living up to that contract, potential fraud to me.
I would expect that contract to have a early termination penalty.
so, my guess is this person is simply shopping for yet another bonus, and who could be worth 500K for eight months? Plus thay talent fee?
