look like. Other than:
1. Remove the mandate
2. Remove the tax on investment earnings about $250,000.
3. Remove the medicare tax on those who earn $250,000.
4. Add bloc grants for medicaid.
So in short..cut taxes on the wealthy. Typical Republican move.
