Gottfried will have reached the NCAAT 4 out of 6 seasons (67%), with 2 Sweet 16s (33%).
That's comparable. Gottfried reaches the tourney more often, and the Sweet 16 as often.
Crean inherited a worse situation, but he also benefited from Indiana's blue-blood advantages, so it's a wash.
