I know we don't have a ton of talent but it has to be better than we have seen. These kids have seen so much losing and that becomes infectious....they need a new voice and someone that can instill some confidence in these kids that they can be better. I don't know how much better but I think each one has at least a little higher ceiling. Maybe the next guy can get them there while also recruiting more talent so these guys can be more of the role players. We will see
