i got into a debate with an uber liberal friend last night

about the transgender bathroom thing. he seemed to be at a loss for words when i pointed out the directive issued by obama in may 2016 was blocked by a federal judge in aug 2016 and a nationwide injunction is still in effect. so rescinding the directive did absolutely nothing.
and if you actually read the letter; which was not issued by trump nor signed by him, it just basically says Obama's order was hasty and didn't go through a legal process and there are numerous court challenges ongoing so until those are solved we're rescinding the order. but inthe meantime LGQBT children will still be protected
