Well, this is a slight improvement from using downs syndrome people for bombing.

Still, this stupid idea reminds me of idiot soviets in WW2 they trained dogs to carry bombs, to tanks. They fed the dogs under tanks, to get them used to it.
They tried it in action. Dogs ran straight for the tanks! The soviet ones. The dogs were trained under soviet tanks, so that's the sound they associated with food.
