in some way, shape or form the profile is probably going to be somebody that has the ability to bring in talent, no matter what the state of things but may limited on Xs and Os. You aren't going to get Bob Huggins or Sean Miller. It's that simple. Or you may get someone like Illinois has. A mid-major guy that may have a good upside but on paper is just okay.
