illegally. Therefor anyone who did so is here by way of an illegal act.
It is not a crime to drink the six pack I stole from the liquor store. But I stole it with the intention of drinking it and I could not drink it until I committed the crime of stealing it in the first place. Same with illegals they only commit the crime of sneaking across the border so they can live here after the original crime.
