has the authority to interpret the constitution and it is left to every person to do so with the same authority?

how do you think laws would be enforced or courts would be able to render decisions about cases if there was no highest court to decide what is "constitutional" and each time you and the other party just duked it out philosophically?
You don't believe 9 people in robes should have the authority, so I'll offer you that as a premise.
Explain how the rule of law, especially determining what is allowed "under the constitution" would be determined if SCOTUS did not do so.
Nullification theory time?
