Women shouldn't be given restraining orders, they should be given guns, shooting lessons. The men harassing them should be informed that if shot by the women, no charges will be filed.
Instead, liberals seek to stop rape by eliminating guns, tasers, even pepper spray, and replacing it with classes on consent.
