Someone is angry with God that they (think they) haven't been treated fairly.
Of course, in reality, being treated fairly would amount to being sent to hell for their sin, burning in the lake of fire, forever, flesh on fire, but never being consumed, but his sense of what is fair is warped, and so he thinks he's been cheated. God holds the only accurate measure of what is truly fair for us, so when he responds with, but as a human in real life, you know he is calling God a liar.
He would do better to be thankful that instead of getting fair; (which he, if he has any sense at all, he will understand is a gift); he is getting infinitely better than fair, because he hasn't received the wages of sin, what he's earned for his sin, what is fair for his sin, which is eternal death. But instead he wants to be bitter and complain and try to claim that God is unjust.
