That is already something new we did not see to that level with Pinkel. If some of these guys developed a bond then who knows.....hopefully there is a leader in the bunch they have identified and we can land him first....then, maybe others will start buying into being a part of something really special vs going somewhere where you are just another good recruit and may get lost in the shuffle. As many have stated, 7+ wins this year is critical to show that the train has already started moving forward...them coming on board would push into high gear.
