2/01 W holds a rally to sell his tax cut saviour plan. Both of these were presidential events involving policy issues.
Today - Cap'n holds a campaign event for 2020, a campaign event paid for and controlled by his campaign so that they can take in and keep out whoever they want.
There is no policy. Nothing to do with his job aside for getting the chance to say how big his crowds are, how much people love, "it's unbelievable the crowds', like his standing in the rain at the inaugural telling people it wasn't raining.
Seth Meyers said he is like the guy who wants of month of birthdays. "You had your party, now it is time to go to work".
Cap'n doesn't like work. Cap'n likes show and adulation.
