Very well known, and likely a national name in this field.
I also follow President Trump on twitter. I'm fairly certain he doesn't know you can see when two people you follow talk to each other.
Every person that follows him and the President are now watching him **** all over Trump, calling him all the names you can, an essentially acting like an idiot.
It's kind of fun, especially since the people that would likely agree with him likely don't follow Trump as well as him to see what he's saying in their timeline.
