Barry says we are going to win a National Championship. Kim says that we might have a magical moment on the court one day.

Barry brings in the top 10 in-state recruits for 2018 and starts the mating process. Kim continues to recruit combo guards when we are in desperate need of bigs.

Barry attempts to surround himself with good assistant coaches. Kim settles for I'm not sure what they are.

Barry may not reach the top but no one will out work him. Kim wants to reach the top but hasn't demonstrated that he has a plan or the enthusiasm to achieve it.
