is his passing. If the guy gets the ball and isn't going for a shot, he looks absolutely terrified and panicky trying to get the ball out of his hands. If he could calm himself down there, you could do the pass it, pass back out, reset approach that helps many "big men" get in position to take their man. Russ isn't patient enough and gets panicky.

I do love his effort though. The guy is a bulldog down low, even if it gets penalized for it by the officials unlike other big men do. I don't know if he gets slap-happy with his hands or just over aggressive with his body or if it just gets called because he's undersized.
