just outside each bathroom (obviously u can't do one inside) review who goes in, at what times, have a teacher check the bathrooms every 10 minutes to see if anything new has been writtne (obviously dont broadcast that fact)

narrow down the little bathroom grafitti creeps really quick

this assumes correctly they will write stuff again
