Need to identify a few trusted leaders in their departments

and then empower them to weed out those who they feel can't be trusted. They may never be able to prove who leaked the info, but they should definitely go on a witch hunt and give it a try.

If you know what information was leaked, figure out who had access to that info and when. Start pulling them in and telling them that they all may be fired because of the leaks, and that there is a feeling they can't be trusted. Tell them they need to be part of the solution and not the problem. Get them to help identify the leakers, and put the fear of God in them by [prosecuting the shyt out of the first leaker you can prove.

Put one or two a**holes in prison and make an example out of him and a lot of this **** will stop. Start firing anyone who knew something and didn't report it. Clean house. These a**holes need to go.
