sign a contract with a clause that prevents you from being filmed without consent, as the lady is claiming, that encompasses surveillance.

That said, I'm sure the Uni has that all encompassed and what is acceptable in terms of recording etc. I was only arguing pickle's comment regarding her defense, and that the college has surveillance.
