you need people that will have less costs to make up for those that have more costs...As a segment, ACA is horribly designed because it basically only attracts to types...those who have very expensive healthcare and those who will get the aid due to income...that segment is a loser. those who are healthy and make good money will just pay the fine.

Instead, we have these two groups in the middle that are stuck in the middle of a political football..those that can't afford insurance because of income and those that can't afford insurance because of pre-existing conditions or they have no job.

I think as a society, we have an obligation to those two type of people. But politics won't allow that to happen
