please cite the criminal statute and the elements of the crime and how flynn's conversation met those elements.
btw, if just MAKING a call is a violation then every journalist under the sun would be in violation of whatever law you're trying to use.
charlie rose interviewed putin for 60 mins and foreign policy was discussed. that is a violation under your definition. lock up charlie rose!!!!
btw, lower court has said in passing the logan act is probably unconstitutional as written anyway.
