You should really consider a hobby. Nothing to strenuous or intellectual, Legos may be your speed.
The Constitution is very much a living document, it was designed with just that in mind. We have the ability to change it at will and the courts are in place to make sure our legislation passes muster.
I do not personally agree with every change that has happened but it is still a very effective form of governance.
As has been stated multiple times by multiple people immigration is necessary for naturalization so Congresses power to control the later has been determined to include the former.
Only an idiot would suggest that a country does not have the authority to regulate its borders.
