That is stupid. My ego is not so fragile that I have to be right about a coach that I will blindly ignore what is going on. I trust Stetk to make the right hire because he hasn't disappointed me yet. Maybe he will but he has had a year to be working on this since the signs pointed at having to make this move when he was hired.
