battle without addressing the demand side of the curve. We cannot seriously make changes that do not include severe penalties to companies who hire illegals. I personally think there should be criminal penalties for the individuals as well. How many HR managers will hire the cheap illegals that companies want knowing they will face personal penalties if caught?
