sea water temps.
Carbon emissions have nothing to do with the temp of sea water. Sea water is heated directly by the sun. Atmospheric carbon has no effect. If sea water temps are rising it means that they are getting more solar radiation. Two ways that come to mind are less cloud cover and/or increased solar radiation from the sun.
