Hire more black officers to patrol those neighborhoods.

I'm not at all saying the officer in Ferguson was wrong, but has the officer that killed Brown been black, nothing comes of it.

The PD should have the racial make up of the communities they're serving. I understand that there may not be many black applicants, but then they should recruit them.
