Leaks.
Every administration wants certain information to get out without expressly giving it themselves. Those are 'official' leaks and part of everyday business.
But if the leaks are of information that is not supposed to be public then the leakers are working against their boss. Those have to be stopped. If Priebus is the source of those he needs to be gone now.
