The death of people trying to enter the country illegally, murder? How is it the responsibility of anyone but the illegals trying to commit an illegal entry into the country? No one intend to kill foreigners trying to sneak in.
If someone freezes to death trying to allude authorities after a bank robbery, should bank robbery be legalized?
Abortion is the intentional killing of a fetus usually for convenience. It is willful, targeted, and intentional. You can argue that it should be legalized. But almost no one is silly enough to make the equation you did. That is an embarrassment worthy of The New Black, or pickle himself.
