moves now needs to be leading Congress to break up the 9th Circuit by adding a 12th Circuit consisting of Alaska,'Idaho, Montana, Nevada & Arizona!!

Would finally free Arizona & Nevada, to a great extent, but particularly Arizona, from its decades long entrapment in judicial tyranny!

The 9th "Circus" as it is accurately called, is widely known as by far the most anti-constitutional Circuit already has more than twice the amount of appeals as the 2nd busiest Circuit - the 5th & has 10x as many as the adjacent 10th.

Meanwhile it is reversed at an 80%+ clip!

In fact, Rep. Andy Biggs R-Ariz has introduced HR Bill 250 to do just that.

Now is the best time to create this new Circuit!! Think about the possibilities too - Trump could flood the zone with Originalists/Strict Constructionists & create & establish a full Circuit that follows the law & Constitution as written!!

This is something that will most likely occur, particularly now that the 9th Circus has reared it's ugly, anti-Constitution head at Trump!!
