Your right to life, liberty and property are inherent and don't require anyone else to do anything to provide them.
YOu're talking about a government mandate which some nitwits have decided to call a "right".
Learn the difference, it's important.
Argue all you want the it's moral or proper for govt to mandate education, but stop calling it a right.
Govt's nor people can grant rights.
