for the circus ruling to be correct means that the constitution must apply to every person in the world, even before they get to THIS country. That is the only way they can say those people are "discriminated" against, as well as the other absurd and irrelevant to the law reasons the circus gave - for doing what we knew they'd do all along.

They're too far left to be inconvenienced with the law or the constitution. They do what is PC and follows what THEY want to do. Eventually it will be overturned. And if Trump was smart, there are other ways around the ruling.
