legally and is handcuffed by the employer being required to pay a minimum wage, payroll taxes, provide insurance, etc.
Another citizen is harmed economically.
In our current system of society, taxes are reduced as well and although taxation is theft and immoral, in our given immoral system, others are harmed as govt has less resources to provide services to citizens who are paying taxes.
again, if you don't accept that context, there is no other harm - but this is the context whether you like it or not.
