is like calling a federal law the "affordable" care act. Just because the government calls it something does not make it so.

Education is not a "right" based not on appeals to authority but rather upon the reasoning and logic that would have to underlie such a right. 90Tiger's post provides a good primer on this front, you should read that.

I would also recommend forgetting everything you think you know. You have really poor premises.
