The seating area is planned for 5,000 seats, with 1,000 premium seats and 4,000 general-admission seats. Currently, the south bowl, which was constructed in 1977, houses 10,800 general-admission seats, according to the planning document.

by my math, we drop 5800 seats, to a total seating of 65,368
